An Emirati ship landed in the northern port of Port Sudan, to support those affected by torrential rains and floods in Sudan.
The ship was received at the port by the Deputy Governor of the Red Sea, Fathallah Al-Hajj.
Al-Hajj expressed his happiness with the UAE’s supportive stances for Sudan in various fields.
In this context, the head of the UAE Red Crescent delegation supervising the delivery of humanitarian aid to those affected by floods and rains in Sudan, Mohamed Salem, explained that the humanitarian aid ship carries thousands of tons of food that will be distributed to the most affected areas in coordination with civil society organizations in Sudan.
