The Sudan Meteorological Authority expected heavy rains in Gedaref, Sennar, South Kordofan, West Kordofan, South Darfur, and Blue Nile.
The early warning unit said, according to a press circular, Thursday, that the states of the Red Sea, Kassala, Gezira, White Nile and East Darfur may witness moderate rain.
She pointed out that the orbital interval passes north of Kassala, Wad Madani, south of Khartoum, north of El Obeid, north of El Geneina, and south of El Fasher.
