The Sudanese Communist Party revealed that it had received a letter from Sheikh Muhammad Haj Hamad Al-Jaali, Sheikh of Kedbas, to attend a meeting with the Forces for Freedom and Change.
This came according to a press circular, Thursday, which was reviewed by “Bagh News”.
The party said that it clearly conveyed the Central Committee’s decision regarding the party’s refusal to sit with the political blocs that participated in the military component in ruling the country before and after the fateful October 25 coup.
“We affirm that we are still at our declared position in this regard,” he added.
And on Thursday, press reports revealed an initiative put forward by Sheikh Muhammad Haj Hamad Al-Jaali to hold a meeting between the Sudanese Communist Party and Freedom and Change.
