The Sudanese Al Hilal Club announced, on Tuesday, the opening of a criminal complaint before the Commercial Prosecution, against counterfeiters of the club’s trademark.
According to the media office, the club demanded an initial compensation of 50 million Sudanese pounds, until the damages caused to the club as a result of this tradition are limited.
He stated that the Commercial Prosecution issued arrest warrants against the counterfeiters, confiscation orders for their goods, and search warrants.
